Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Gluconate 12% Zn, L-Lysine HCI, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Rutin.

Inactive Ingredients:

Rice Flour, Hypromellose (HPMC Capsule).

SUGGESTED USE:  As A dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily.
