To stay hydrated their things you need to consider. first will be drinking lots of water or fluids such as broths or soups, diluted non-caffeinated sports drinks (e.g. Powerade or Gatorade), and rehydration formulas. Second, stop eating solid food to let settle your stomach. And lastly, you need to take some rest. Resting your body can make the healing process faster.
