REFUND POLICY
We have an excellent refund policy in place for you, in the exceptional case you need to return or exchange the product that you bought. Please make sure to follow the return policy as stated below. In case of returns or exchanges, you are responsible for handling and shipping charges.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. The shipping means that you use to return the products are entirely your choice, as long as it gets to us within the stipulated time. Please make sure to provide us with the tracking number via email or phone so that we can follow the progress of the package, just as we did for you.
We will only accept the product back if it is not tampered with and the label and packaging are in pristine condition. Please return the product as soon as you realize that it is not what you wanted. To refund your money, we will use the same payment method that you used to pay us, minus the restocking fee, handling charges and credit card fees.
Please send us a note with your reason for return. We appreciate the feedback; it will also help us rectify and validate your refund. You also have the option of exchanging for another Biolife product. Please contact customer support, and let us know the product you would like in exchange . The shipping charges for the first product do not apply; you will have to pay the shipping charges for the exchange product.
